Project lamp launch is underway

Project lamp launch is underway in alphabet city at ANDARINA DESIGNS, INC.  with Stacy Harshman, an entrepreneur, artist, and singer who started designing pendant light fixtures and other small table lamps.  Stacy hired me last November 2009 to consult and work on design development of these colorful and magical lamps.  I am proud to announce the launch of two lines of lamps and many more in the works at "LIGHT UP YOUR NIGHT" a preview, show and sale of the fabulous fixtures.

This series of paintings began in the winter of 2009 when I was moving my studio and trying to find use for various canvases and left over paint.  THAT is when I created a "spill painting".   I have come full circle back to my painting roots and my first abstracts EVER became THE CIRCLES SERIES.  Several of the paintings found homes and the response has been very good....people are loving them.  

In the summer of 2010 I created two large custom paintings for a friend and client's Southampton home.  These paintings began a new series called THE STRIPE SERIES.

These paintings are also spill paintings except with a  thinner application of paint to canvas.

Custom paintings for any environment can be commissioned by individuals or interior designers for residential, commercial or hospitality projects.
